Godwin is the Managing Partner. He has over 20 years’ experience in his field. His areas of specialization include Audit/Assurance, Tax Planning and Compliance, Bookkeeping and Accounting, as well as Turn-around Services.

Godwin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana (CITG), and the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana (IIAG); He is also a fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, UK (ICB UK) as well as a Master Tax Practitioner (MTP) of the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAITP).  He is a member of the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (CFIP) and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon and an LLB degree from Mountcrest University College, Ghana.
